Here is a check-list of documents that we need to finish your application. Please check your Inbox for a link to upload these documents when you are ready. Once we have these, we will send you profiles for some of our great Kiwi Host Families.

No smoking declaration*
- I declare that on acceptance of an offer of placement with a Host Family, I will not smoke around the children I will be looking after or on the property of the Host Family unless otherwise agreed with them.
