The time we spend with our children is so precious, but these days, there’s always so much to juggle.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to have someone you could count on to take the pressure off; helping care for your children at home, just like when we were kids?

Why dream when you can make it happen?

What is an Au Pair?

An Au Pair, or live-in nanny, is a young, single, person who wants to experience life in New Zealand with a Kiwi family.

For a busy family, an Au Pair offers affordable, flexible childcare. In exchange for full board and lodgings, plus a small weekly wage, your Au Pair provides 30-45 hours of child care per week. They can drive your children to school, help with their homework and prepare their meals. Children form a lasting bond with their Au Pair and enjoy the company of someone they know and trust, in their home environment. And because you have a live-in baby sitter, you can enjoy a free ‘date night’ every week!

Is a Dream Au Pair right for us?

Employing an Au Pair might sound expensive, but 30 hours of live-in childcare (plus your free “date night’) starts from as little as $265 gross per week. That’s less than a good daycare and you could qualify for up to 20 Hours of ECE and WINZ subsidies.

Your Au Pair becomes part of your family, so achieving the right fit is vital and we go to great lengths to ensure that everyone is happy. Through our personalised matching service, we have placed over 5000 Au Pairs into Kiwi homes nationwide. Find your Dream Au Pair here.
